Short description of the tool:

PrivacyGo makes life easier for organisations looking to manage and automate their data protection compliance activities, often with limited resources.

Ease of use is key to the app design. Guided flows take the user through the main steps of entering the required information with forms that adapt to the choices selected (regulation, processing role, special category data, etc.). Clickable links in the progress indicator take the user directly to fields where information must be entered to advance a record.

PrivacyGo promotes collaboration by allowing work to be efficiently passed from one member of the organization to another. This means, for example, that users with knowledge of the processing and best suited to the task can enter all the processing details then easily handover to the data privacy team to assess the risks. Persona-based dashboards only show data relevant to the user, so they are not overwhelmed and have an uncluttered view of current and upcoming work. They can click any item to go directly to the underlying record or list. In-app notifications (as well as emails) alert users when something requires their attention, such as when work is assigned to them.

PrivacyGo provides many forms of automated assistance, such as recommendations and automatically flagging potential risks. There is full support for defining and obtaining approval for risk remediation measures. As part of DPIA action plans, tasks to implement the measures are easily created, assigned and tracked. 

All key decisions are recorded by the system and one-click exports provide any submissions that may be required by the regulatory authorities.
