Short description of the tool:

●      Signatu is a scalable B2B SaaS platform. Its vision is to create sound data practices and smarter business.

●      Core product: A Central Register of Processing Activities (CROPA) enables customers to automatically describe their purpose, data, use of data, technical and organizational measures, supply chain, legal basis etc using a data model with a standardized, machine readable and interoperable vocabulary that has the richest existing expression of data privacy information.

●      From the CROPA, customers can in one click publish to their compliance outputs (ROPA, Privacy Notice, Consent etc (20 + compliance outputs)) to different audiences (internally and externally to DPAs, end users, suppliers and customers using Signatu’s infrastructures (APIs, CDNs). This saves time, cost and ensures consistent information across all outputs.

●      The website scanner scans websites for cookies, third party resources and security, stores a processing and security log, outputs in a click a website ROPA, Cookie Notice, Privacy Notice and Cookie Consent.

●      The Consent API logs events (consent events, opt-out of legitimate interest, entering into contract etc) historically on each end user, fetches texts (e.g. consent request) and UI dialogs (e.g. privacy dashboards) from the database to the UI.

●      Signatu offers a signalling system via different channels (webhook, Azure, AWS) through which it can signal e.g. events and inform people/systems.

●      Signatu offers a task system to prompt customers to carry out different tasks.
