· Consent Management Platform: Consent management allows accepting, rejecting, granularly or by groups, cookies and scripts. It automatizes the exercise of rights of the user and allows the withdrawal and elimination of consent at any time
· Blocking of Cookies and Scripts: Our banner disables the download of Cookies and Scripts, perfectly blocking them on main pages and subpages until receiving the user’s consent. All the prior information required by the CJUE (Planet 49 case) and the EDPB is incorporated
· Management of cookies and trackers
· Child protection: The banner incorporates child protection measures. The prior information on the age of the minor is adapted to the jurisdiction of each country, and records the declared age of the minor, which will subsequently determine the impossibility of processing the personal data of minors. One of the main points of the banner is that on pages aimed at adults (alcohol, sex, gambling, tobacco, explicit violence, weapons, marijuana) viewing is prevented, and the declaration of majority is registered. In jurisdictions where this content is prohibited, viewing of the website is disabled.
