Short description of the tool:

Dropvault provides encrypted and private portals, B2B Channels, Data rooms and Virtual Board room. Our channels and portals are conversational and so your discussions stay with the documents instead of having to use in-secure email. All portals and channels are encrypted with either a unique customer or channel key and all customer content is encrypted before storing.

Each channel or portal has a task manager, reminders, calendar, meeting manager, voting , sign off and e-signatures so no need to add additional tools which may not be as private and secure.
