The French data privacy authority CNIL officially confirmed that Astran S5 provides GDPR compliance to US SaaS and Cloud providers, enabling them to tap into the more regulated European market. In addition, the solution is in the process of obtaining CSPN (Certification de Sécurité de Premier Niveau) certification and is working to obtain SecNumCloud certification for deployment on major French cloud service providers.

There are no transfers of personal data outside the EEA when using our tool. There is no option to avoid but we recommend using two European clouds and two US clouds.
